The Penang Adventist Hospital successfully hosted its Charity Car Boot Sale 2.0: Merry Wheels Market recently at the hospital’s main entrance, drawing enthusiastic support from staff, students, and the community.
The event was organized to raise funds for the Adventist College Nursing Students’ Mission Trip to Hatyai.
Held from 10am to 2pm, the marketplace buzzed with activity as visitors browsed through a wide selection of pre-loved items, food and beverages, snacks, and handcrafted goods.
Each stall was creatively decorated with festive Christmas themes, filling the space with colour, cheer, and the spirit of giving.
A highlight of the event was a special Christmas choir performance by the Adventist College nursing students, spreading festive cheer while showcasing their talent and dedication.
Thanks to the tremendous support from our community, the event raised an impressive RM14,572.
Every ringgit will be dedicated to supporting the nursing students on their upcoming mission trip to Hatyai, where they will help to clean affected areas, assist families, and offer care wherever it is needed most.
A total of 12 students will embark on this mission on 12 December 2025. Penang Adventist Hospital would like to show its heartfelt appreciation to everyone who supported, donated, volunteered, or simply showed up, you made this meaningful event possible.
