restaurant is dedicated to perfecting the art of Tonkotsu ramen, which is celebrated for its award-winning rich and flavourful pork bone broth. Kanada-Ya’s broth undergoes an 18-hour boiling

The Loft (G-06) – A shop renowned for serving the best wood-fired pizza in Penang.  The menu at the Loft offers a variety of pizza options, from classic Margherita to unique flavour combinations

crepes, and many more involving different types of chocolate, it is a definite sweet dream for sweet tooths.

Minimelts (K-3) – Offers a unique ice cream experience with tiny, vibrant beads flash-frozen using
liquid nitrogen. This results in a velvety texture that melts smoothly in your mouth. Perfect for a
refreshing treat, Minimelts come in various flavours and are known for their -150°C manufacturing
process. Now expanding to Malaysia, this Penang outlet is the brand’s first in the country, joining its presence in 40 countries worldwide.

Miraku (1-03) – Celebrating a remarkable 16-year legacy as a cherished tenant at G Hotel, Miraku
has recently undergone a sweeping transformation, unveiling a rejuvenated concept that promises to captivate its loyal patrons. Recently emerging from an extensive renovation, the restaurant unveils a fresh and dynamic concept that harmoniously blends tradition with innovation.
