The Shangri-La Rasa Sayang Resort’s talented Food & Beverage team led by Executive Cluster Chef Galli Gilles and his team have prepared a feast for those wanting to celebrate this Chinese New Year at the 5-star resort.
The Spice Market Cafe and the Pinang Restaurant & Bar will offer the all-important reunion dinner packages on Feb 9.
Among the highlights include an array of local and international dishes. Some of them are the Eight Treasure Soup with King Crabmeat, Sea Cucumber, Dried Scallop and Mushroom, Assortment of Fresh Tuna, Salmon, Butterfish and Octopus plus many other treats.
The Pinang Restaurant & Bar will offer the Lunar Joy BBQ Dinner which brings King Prawns Skewers, Salmon Skewers with Lime and Cilantro Marinate and other specials.
On Chinese New Year ‘s Day, the Spice Market Cafe will bring the CNY brunch from 12pm to 3pm.
The highlights include Roasted Prime Rib with Roasted Potatoes with Horseradish, Double-Boiled Chicken Soup with Ginseng Roots and Wolfberries, Roasted Duck among others.
Subsequently, on the first and second day of CNY the Spice Market Cafe also features the Spice & Happiness dinner.
They also offer the refreshing “Spring Dragon” cocktail which is a specially concocted drink made with Chinese plum wine, Gin, ginger and honey and lemon.
Similarly, the Golden Sands Resort will offer the Fortune Seafood buffet for New Year’s Eve to the second day of CNY.
Joining in the festivities is the Sigi’s Bar & Grill which will offer its Prosperity BBQ Dinner on CNY eve and CNY first day.
For those who want to celebrate CNY at Home, there are also an array of takeaways for Yee Sang, with Salmon, Jellyfish and Abalone.
