The Carlsberg Group’s top management team from the Asian region are down in Penang for their meeting session.
They had a chance to unwind at the Peace Club located in Georgetown where they had an experience of Penang’s vibrant entertainment scene.
Playing host was the managing director of Carlsberg Malaysia and Singapore, Stefano Clini and his team.
Among those present were Michiel Oerlemans MD, Myanmar, Victor Cheong MD, HK & Taiwan, Lee Chee Kong (CK Lee) MD, China, Gavin Brockett VP, Finance Asia, Joy Rice VP, Supply Chain Asia, Vava Vladimir MD, Cambodia, Katie Chan VP, HR Asia, Joao Abecasis EVP, Arindam Varanasi VP, Asia Head of Commercial, Esther Wu Chief Information Officer, Andrew Emslie VP, Asia Head of Legal, Caroline Moreau GM, CSPL, Henrik Juel Andersen MD, Laos and Onno Rombouts MD, Vietnam.
Also present was Carlsberg National sales director Gary Tan and Northern Region area general manager, Toh Swee Huat.
Meanwhile, the deejays at the club hyped up the music to welcome the night’s VIP guests.
Alternating with the deejays were the club’s resident band which performed uptempo songs for guests.
More importantly, the VIP team’s excursion to Penang was to discuss key strategies and plans for the future direction of the brewery.
