E&O Berhad has unveiled AVEA, its latest marina-edge residential development on Andaman Island, marking the seventh ongoing project and fifth high-rise development within the master-planned waterfront township.
The launch represents another milestone in E&O’s long-term vision to transform Andaman Island into Malaysia’s most liveable and sustainable island community, offering residents a connected waterfront lifestyle where living, working, leisure and recreation are seamlessly integrated.
Speaking at the unveiling ceremony attended by members of the media from Kuala Lumpur and Penang, E&O Berhad Managing Director Kok Tuck Cheong said AVEA reinforces the group’s commitment to creating a highly liveable and connected island destination centred on accessibility, sustainability, community and quality living.
“AVEA represents another important milestone in our journey to create Malaysia’s most liveable curated island. As our second marina-edge residential development, it strengthens Andaman’s waterfront living proposition through thoughtfully designed homes, lifestyle offerings and community spaces that bring residents closer to the sea and the experiences that define island living,” he said.

Located within Andaman Island, where residents can travel across the township in approximately 15 minutes without encountering traffic lights, AVEA offers a distinctive island-living experience supported by extensive lifestyle amenities and connectivity.
Meanwhile, according to E&O General Manager of Marketing and Sales, Ramesh Gnanasegaran, buyer interest has been encouraging, with Tower A achieving a 65% take-up rate. He noted that approximately 80% of purchasers are local buyers, while the remaining 20% comprise international purchasers from Singapore, Taiwan, China, Indonesia and other countries.
The development comprises two towers, each offering 1,080 fully furnished units. Prices range from RM720,000 to RM1.7 million, with unit sizes spanning 678 sq ft to 1,076 sq ft, catering to a broad spectrum of homeowners, from young professionals and couples to families.
Residents will have access to an extensive suite of lifestyle facilities, including a rooftop garden on Level 51, other facilities include the family and spa pools, gymnasium, jogging track, badminton and basketball courts, meditation and herb gardens, pet lawn, games and reading rooms, as well as dedicated EV charging facilities.
