The Ritz-Carlton, Langkawi hosted an exclusive Barons De Rothschild prestige champagne dinner for a select group of diners.

The evening was further enhanced with a wonderful sunset over the Andaman Sea.

The champagne pairing get-together dinner was introduced by the company’s managing director himself, Mr Frédéric Mairesse held at the superb Hai-Yan outlet.

The gathering commenced with a superb appetizer consisting of fried prawns, passion fruit mayo, sweet potato, crabmeat, avocado, truffle ball accompanied by the excellent champagne barons de rothschild ritz reserve, blanc de blanc.

Next followed the double boiled fish broth and the main dish of lotus leaf steamed fish served with champagne barons de rothschild ritz reserve extra brut. 

Then came the fried braised beef short rib and homemade charcoal noodles for diners to enjoy. This was served with the Barons De Rothschild 2015.

Finally, the dessert consisting of chilled strawberry cream, yoghurt, and sago came with barons de rothschild rose.

As guests enjoyed the fine dinner, Frederick made it a point to visit each and every table to enquire on the dinner menu and the excellent champagne as well.
