The star of the show? The roasted turkey. This holiday classic gets a flavourful twist with halal turkeys marinated in garlic, pepper, rosemary, and ginger, then stuffed with seasonal vegetables and slow-roasted to golden perfection. It’s Christmas comfort on a platter.
Another can’t-miss favourite is the Roast Whole Lamb Leg, carved fresh from a trolley. Marinated with rosemary, garlic, thyme, and aromatic herbs, the lamb emerges with a caramelised crust and tender, juicy centre. Served with mint sauce and roasted vegetables, it’s a true showstopper.
