Yes, what you are seeing on the artist impression picture above is as real as it gets. The new Kempinski Hotel and Residences in Jalan Conlay will soon join the likes of the Petronas Towers and other iconic skyscrapers in Kuala Lumpur as one of the tallest.
What a way to make a foray into the Malaysian hospitality for the first time.
With a history of more than 120 years offering personalized services with impeccable European flair, Kempinski Hotel Kuala Lumpur is expected to provide 260 five-star hotel rooms.
The project is situated on a 3.95-acre site is an integrated mixed-use development encompassing two towers of branded residences, a five-star hotel and lifestyle retail quarters.
The design of the branded serviced residences is by world-renowned design brand, YOO, while the lifestyle retail quarters is designed by internationally acclaimed design firm Benoy which will provide a stage for cultural and artistic experiences, including a collection of fine shops and gastronomic destinations, that have been curated specifically for the progressive shopper.
There will also be some 300 serviced suites in the 68-storey tower that will woo international tourists and investors seeking an intimate, quality tourism experience.
The two other high rise towers will offer luxury residences. The project is expected to be completed by 2021.
The hotel will offer rooms ranging from standard, superior, junior suite, diplomatic suite and presidential suite while the facilities include restaurants, spa, ballroom, meeting rooms,fitness centre and executive lounge.
Kempinski Hotel is a founding member of the Global Hotel Alliance (GHA), the world’s largest alliance of independent hotel brands.
The group has some 36 hotels in Europe, 30 in Asia, 28 in the Middle East and Africa an two in the Americas.
