Since joining the Penang Marriott Complex, he has played a key role in driving operational excellence across multiple properties. In his capacity as Multi-Property Director of Operations and most recently Acting Multi-Property General Manager, Michael has provided steady and strategic leadership, strengthened financial performance, and upheld exceptional guest satisfaction, particularly during periods of transition.
He has consistently been entrusted with critical assignments, from leading hotels through complex global events to implementing quality assurance frameworks at both corporate and international levels. His ability to lead with clarity and confidence during challenging times has reinforced his reputation as a dependable and forward-thinking leader.
