With more than three decades of professional experience across hospitality, luxury retail, and church administration, Lily brings a wealth of knowledge and a distinctive perspective shaped by over 20 years in the hotel industry. Throughout her career, she has led impactful growth initiatives, crafted strategic sales plans, and consistently delivered strong commercial results.
Her experience in luxury retail has further sharpened her ability to anticipate guest expectations and create memorable experiences that inspire loyalty.
Beyond her professional achievements, Lily is widely recognized as a true people person — someone who believes that the heart of hospitality lies in genuine human connection. She is passionate about building meaningful relationships, whether with guests, industry partners, or colleagues, and takes pride in creating a collaborative environment where individuals feel valued, supported, and inspired to succeed.
