Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim Tours Exhibition Highlights at Prestigious Maritime and Aerospace Showcase

He took time to visit several exhibition booths at the 17th edition of the Langkawi International Maritime and Aerospace Exhibition (LIMA), Southeast Asia’s premier maritime and aerospace event.

This year’s LIMA features participation from over a dozen countries, including the United States, United Kingdom, Russia, China, India, Iran, Bulgaria, France, Singapore and Indonesia, reflecting its growing stature on the global stage.

Some of the world’s leading defence and aerospace companies are showcasing their latest innovations, including Embraer, MBDA, Leonardo, Fincantieri, Syncrolift, Kongsberg, Rosoboronexport, Roketsan, Aselsan, ASFAT, Boeing, Diehl Defence, BrahMos Aerospace, Naval Group, Thales, Airbus, AVIC, and CATIC.

Spectacular aerial displays are among the show’s highlights, with aircraft such as the Republic of Singapore Air Force F-15, F/A-18, the Royal Malaysian Air Force’s MiG-29 and SU-30, and the Russian Knights aerobatic team flying the highly maneuverable Sukhoi Su-30SM and Su-35S.
