
As part of its corporate social responsibility (CSR) this year, the Jazz Hotel in Penang gave out Bubur Lambuk to passers-by in their vicinity.
A total of 350 packets of the traditional dish was prepared by the hotel’s food & beverage team led by Chef Raj.

It was prepared with much love and care. The distribution started at 5 pm and lasted till 6 pm.
Joining the distribution was Hotel manager Jordon Lim, executive assistant manager Frank Lau, Director of Human Resources Ms Angeline Cheng and their team.
Staff from the various departments also joined in the meaningful programme. Numerous motorcyclists and motorists stopped to collect their fair share of the tasty dish.
