Chef Wang and the team have curated a sublime seven-course menu for you and your loved ones to indulge in, starting with premium dates in honor of the season, followed by signatures such as Fried White Bait with Salted Egg, Sweet Corn and Crab Soup with Squid Ink, Hai Yan Roast Duck and crowd favorite Wok-fried Black Pepper Wagyu with Capsicum and Onion Snow.
In keeping with the resort’s ethos of supporting locals, each dish incorporates locally sourced or homegrown ingredients, showcasing the quality of Malaysia’s produce and Hai Yan’s modern cuisine.
