For the first time ever, the StarCity Hotel in Alor Setar and Infiniteminds management teamed up to organise their Chinese New Year bazaar at the open space car park area of the hotel in the heart of the city.
The bazaar offers visitors to partake in a host of activities, promotions, shows and festive shopping experience.
They are offering a total of 55 vendors showcasing their booths with a wide variety of food items, CNY decorations, hampers, cookies, firecrackers among other festive favourites.
Present at the launch ceremony recently was YB Teh Swee Leong, Datuk Cheng Lai Hock from Dewan Perhimpunan Cina Alor Star, Dato Ang Saik Cheong from the Kedah Chinese Chambers, Ang Say Tong – Kuan Kok Siang from DHPP, Ms Teh Ai Tee – Chairman Dewan Perniagaan Cina (Wanita), Tan Weng Teik – CEO Aurelius, Dato Dr Mohd Zaiemuddin- CEO Unity Madani Entrepreneur Center, Dato’ Chng Boon Chye, Ahli Majlis MBAS among others.
The bazaar will run from 5pm to 12 midnight daily till January 27, 2025.
Members of the public are encouraged to participate and support the various booths in view of the up-coming Chinese New Year and the Year of the Snake.
