After a two-year hiatus, this buffet is making its return with a “splash” as it is perfect for seafood lovers and families looking for an unforgettable dining experience that promises to tantalize taste buds without breaking the bank.

Every Friday and Saturday evening from 6.30pm to 10pm, guests can indulge in a lavish spread featuring a bountiful selection of the freshest seafood available. With an all new and improved menu, they are bringing back some of the crowd favourite dishes and mixing in some new, exciting dishes to spice up the Weekend Seafood Buffet Menu!

“This buffet is not just about celebrating seafood; it’s about creating a communal dining experience where friends and families can create unforgettable moments together,” said Chef Nadzri Mastan, Executive Sous Chef at Royale Chulan Penang. “We’ve designed an exciting and diverse menu that’s affordable for everyone, ensuring that quality dining is accessible to all.” 

Highlights of “The Return of Poseidon” include:

• Fresh Seafood & Sashimi on Ice: A selection of fresh seafood such as Yabbi, Prawns, Escargot, Crabs, Clams, Black Mussels, and Gong-Gong as well as sashimi on ice featuring cuts of Chilled Salmon, Tako Octopus, Butter Fish & Maguro Tuna.
• Japanese Miyagi Oysters: There will only be two sessions per day, at 7.45pm and 8.45pm whereby the team will bring out the fresh Japanese Miyagi Oysters for guests to indulge.
• Poseidon’s BBQ: With a choice of Kung-Po or Korean BBQ sauce, guests can select their favourite choice of seafood and meat and it will be prepared right before their eyes at the BBQ counter.
• Crispy Corner: A dedicated section of our seafood buffet that celebrates the irresistible allure of deep-fried delicacies. Each item in “The Crispy Corner” such as the deep-fried shelled crab, snakehead fish, seabass belly and others, is made to order, ensuring that guests enjoy the freshest and most delectable bites straight from the fryer.

• Snapper Noodle Corner: Guests can indulge in a one-of-a-kind experience featuring noodles made entirely from fresh snapper meat, offering a delightful fusion of flavours and textures.The noodles are crafted using a special technique that transforms the delicate meat into a luscious noodle-like shape, providing a unique twist to conventional seafood dishes.

Other highlights of the buffet include the Roasted Lamb Leg, Roasted Beef Striploin, Gratinated Golden Scallops and Oysters as well as the popular Salt Baked Barramundi. In addition, there are also a variety of hot dishes such as the Seafood Paella, Slipper Lobster with Salted Egg Sauce, Stir-Fried Hotate Sea Scallops and many more. To cap off the evening, diners can indulge in a dessert buffet featuring an array of sweet treats, from traditional local delights to assorted French pastries and cakes.

For this promotion, guests will have the option to dine at a reduced price at RM105nett for Adults, RM75 nett for Senior Citizens and RM55nett for Children with a 2-hour dining limit or they can choose to dine without any dining limit whereby the price is at RM150nett for Adult, RM100nett for Senior Citizen and RM80nett for Children.
