Giri in action at at cocktail master class session
Guests had a field day to make their own gin creations at the Campari Master Class session.
It was led by their brand ambassador Giri Pancha assisted by the talented bartenders and mixologists of the Penang Marriott Hotel @ The Great Room.
They also had a brief history of the origins of gin from the early days back in time. The evening showcased the Bulldog London Dry Gin.
It was a fun time for them to pour their gin by the gigger and add ice, lemon and soda to create their drinks.
The two cocktails featured were the “South Side” and “X Highball”.
Some of the guests even tried their hands with the cocktail shaker during the process.
The evening was given an up-tempo mood with the groovy music played by DJ Jay. Also present was the hotel’s director of food and beverage Surya Prakash.
Meanwhile, the hotel is currently running its Sea, Salt, Fire Seafood promotion offering fresh seafood range for diners till July 6, 2024 every Friday and Saturday.
