The Mercure Langkawi Pantai Cenang is pleased to welcome two new team members to their property.
The appointments will serve to further help to improve their service to their guests and dining experience.
The hotel’s general manager, Ms Jasmine Keh, congratulates Natasha Ismail as the new Assistant Director of Sales.
Natasha had served in the Sales and Marketing team. She has over two decades of Sales and Events experience in various hotel chains.
She started off as an events executive, learning the ropes of coordinating hotel events behind-the-scenes.
Natasha joined Mercure Langkawi Pantai Cenang last year in the capacity of Senior Sales Manager and her consistent and continued diligence and hard work has helped raise Mercure Langkawi to greater heights.
Meanwhile, Roy Krishnarow Apparow is the new Food and Beverage manager.
He has vast experience in the food and beverage industry while serving in various capacities in the sector. In all, he comes with more than 28 years of experience in the F&B department.
The well travelled Roy has worked in several local and foreign based hotels and resorts.
Among them are those in Singapore, Vietnam, Cambodia, Maldives, Seychelles, Canada, USA and Macau over the years.
He aspires to bring new dining experience for guests and elevate their dining pleasure.
Among the newly promoted staff at the hotel is Murni Maas who is the newly promoted rooms division manager.
With her friendly and approachable character, she transforms every guests’ stay a memorable one. Murni also ensures that guests get a personalized service and stay at the hotel.

Meanwhile, Mercure Langkawi Pantai Cenang also introduces its newly opened – The Spa by Alun Alun on Level 1 of the hotel.
They are open from 12pm to 8pm daily and offer various traditional and muscle relief treatments.
