The Pantai Hospital Ipoh (PHI) has yet again received two prestigious awards for its dedicated team of doctors, specialists and support staff.
This time around, their team were recognized with the “World Stroke Organisation Angels Platinum” at the Malaysian Stroke Conference 2022 held inPenang recently.
This recognition is for the high level of dedication and standards which have been set in stroke protocols, in providing stroke patients with prompt assessments and care as per the international standards outlined by the World Stroke Organisation.
In addition, four staff from the Stroke Team were also awarded the “Rising Star Award” for their exceptional efforts in the development and improvement of stroke care at the hospital.
In another related development, PHI was also the proud recipient of the “Excellence Award for Best in Financial Improvement from Asian Hospital Management Awards 2022” (AHMA) during the 21st Hospital Management Asia Conference in Centara Grand & Bangkok Convention Centre at Central World, Bangkok, Thailand.
Surely these awards will put PHI on the world map as a favoured destination for medical tourism and promote the state overall.
