Piping hot dishes at the Lexis Suites Penang

Dubbed the “Citarasa Warna-Warni Ramadan”, the Lexis Suites Penang hopes to impress guests with its wide variety of local and international dishes.

The buffet dinner is prepared by their Chef Johnno Fong and his able team at the Roselle Coffeehouse. 

Among the vast choices are the ever popular dishes like ulam ulam, kerabu, rojak, jeruk and pasembur for starters.

There are also a variety of Japanese dishes like Maki dan Sashimi and the famous chicken rice from Ipoh.

Rows of stalls will be set-up offering laksa, crab curry mee, mee goreng mamak, Char koay teow goreng and other local kueh-mueh.

Not forgetting, there are also Middle Eastern dishes like chicken shawarma Ayam with bread, and Hummus along with salads.

Local Raya favourites like Lemang Pulut, Pulut Kuning, Ketupat Palas, Ketupat Nasi, SerundingAyam and Daging will also be on offer.

The star attraction at the buffet is the famous Gulai Daging Kawah Abang Zul, Satay, Ayam Percik, Sup Harian, Kambing Golek, Hidangan Campuran Semenanjung and a host of desserts.

The buffet is priced at RM120 (adult), RM80 for kids and senior citizens. However, there is the early bird Buy 5 voucher at RM100 offer, Buy 15 Free 2 offer. 

In house guests get a 10 per cent discount on the spread too.
