Sharing a toast with their guests

Some 100 guests were hosted at the Global Customer Appreciation Week GM cocktail party at the Courtyard By Marriott Penang.

The initiative is part of the Marriott group’s way of showing their appreciation to their supporters and corporate clients.

Among them included bankers, corporate clients from the Free Trade Zone and members of the media.

For the record the Marriott has some 81,00 hotels around the world with 30 brands.

On hand to welcome guests was general manager Subash Basrur and his director of sales and marketing Kenny Lee and their team.

In good company

Guests were treated to some fine finger off and wine.

In his address Subash welcomed everyone to the party and expressed his delight to catch up with after the pandemic hiatus.

He also had the evening’s smoked salmon for guests to enjoy.

“For me, hospitality means coming from the heart and I had served in the industry from the early years. I also wish to thank guests for their loyalty and hope to see all of you very soon,” said Subash.

 Guests were also treated to a lucky draw session offering stay in Phuket, Kuala Lumpur, Hanoi, Pattaya and more.
