The Malaysian Chapter of the World Flower Council (WFC) will organise a gala charity dinner and the two-day floral workshop on Nov 23 & 24, 2019 at the Bayview Hotel Georgetown.

The council has members in over 40 countries across the world.

Displaying his talents at the workshop will be Damien Koh who is among the top 100 influential floral masters.

WFC president, Bryan Chew said that the aim of the workshop is to raise the standard of the Malaysia Floral design industry, share latest trends in the world, promote go green and eco-friendly by turning ordinary materials into unique deco pieces.

“The charity gala dinner will also help raise much needy funds for the Parkinson Penang and Penang Handicapped Welfare Association.

“Tickets are priced at RM150 and RM200 for VIP seating,” said Chew in a press conference recently.

The event is coordinated by local event management company Joyew Management which was represented by Josephine Yew at the press conference.
