Tourism Malaysia Northern Region organised a new walking trail for the benefit of tourists particularly to the heart of Georgetown, Penang.

The unique tour will take visitors to several interesting and historic locations, namely, along Lebuh Pantai, Little India, Beach Street (old hydrant),  Chulia Street, UR By Switch at Banggunan Wawasan, the Syed Al Attas Mansion at Armenian Street, Kapitan Keling Mosque, Mahariaman Temple and the House of Yeap Chor Ee.

Guests will also be treated to a fine lunch at Banana Leaf Muthu.

Throughout the tour they will also be guided by a professional tour guide and also a professional photographer, 

Photographer cum tour guide Irfan Sukor will provide tips on taking great shots on the mobile photography workshop trail. 

According to Tourism Malaysia’s Northern Region Director, Shahrul Aman Sabir, this special package is planned for the benefit of both local and foreign visitors.
