The Royale Chulan Penang is now offering its new Sunday lunch buffet dubbed the “Pao Pei All-You-Can-Eat Dim Sum Buffet”.
The halal dim sum promotion is put out by the food and beverage team at the hotel led by Chef Nadri Mastan, Chinese Sous chef Ho Kuan Yong and Sous Chef, Hafeez Abdul and team.
They offer a wide variety of dim sum and buffet dishes for guests to partake in. Among them are a variety of braised, fried and steamed dim sum dishes to select from.
Among the choices include Braised Black Mushroom, Braised Duck, Fried Crab Dumpling, Fried Gyoza, Fried Prawn Dumpling, Steamed Ma Lai Gao, Steamed Salted Egg Bun and many more.
Another section not to be missed is the Chef’s Specialty Dishes which includes Asari Clams with Kam Heong Sauce, Mussels with Nutmeg Sauce, Seabass with Salt & Pepper, Smoked Duck with Orange
sauce and more.
What’s more, guests can enjoy a list of buffet choices in the likes of Yong Chow Fried Rice, Hoong Tu Mee with Seafood, Chicken Kaarage, Roasted Chicken with Tangerine Salad, Kerabu Chicken Feet or Pie Tee. The Soup section will also feature Penang Chi Kut Teh and Nyonya Kiam Chai Ark.
There are also the Dry or Soup Wonton Noodles and a variety of fresh greens. The action stall counters will also have a Pao & Go corner as well as the Premium Cantonese Gua Bao corner.
Then, there are the desserts including Osmanthus Jelly with Gojiberry, Tau Fu Fah and Almond Tea with Cakoi.
The Pao Pei All-You-Can-Eat Dim Sum Buffet is available every Sunday from 12.30pm to 4pm at the Sri Tanjung Café and is priced at RM78+ for Adults, RM58+ for Senior or Child. There is also a 10% discount (applicable for adult price only) for in-house guests.
