The Covid-19 pandemic has not stopped Dusit International’s plans to expand to Guam to take over the operation of the deluxe Dusit Beach Resort Guam and adjoining luxury shopping center, The Plaza.
Dusit International is one of Thailand’s leading hotel and property development companies since 1948.
The expansion is following the management agreement with Tanota Partners, a Guam real estate investment and property development company.
The partnership marks the newest additions to its Guam portfolio consisting of the luxury Dusit Thani Guam Resort, which opened in 2015 and which also adjoins The Plaza.
Formerly the Outrigger Guam Beach Resort, a beloved brand on Guam for over 20 years, the property will be renamed as Dusit Beach Resort Guam.
