It was a proud moment for Sunway University when they were ranked the #1 Private University in ASEAN by the AppliedHE Private University Ranking ASEAN 2024.
The AppliedHE Public and Private University Ranking ASEAN saw participation from numerous public and private institutions from all across the ASEAN region.
This regional ranking system measures key elements which are fundamental to the performance of an education institution as well as aspects most important to students and parents when deciding on their higher education journey.
These parameters include the quality of teaching and learning, employability, research and community engagement, all of which Sunway University has excelled consistently over the years.
In addition to this accolade, Sunway University dominates the Times Higher Education (THE) World University Rankings 2024 as Malaysia’s #39 number one non-government-linked private university.
The University is also ranked by Talentbank as the number one in Graduate Employability among all universities in Malaysia for a second consecutive year.
