The Sunway Hotel Georgetown and Sunway Hotel Seberang Jaya are ready to welcome guests with their newly featured self-check-in kiosks, allowing a swift check in without the usual queue at the reception counters.
The kiosks also support e-payment which is in line with the hospitality group’s vision to move towards the technology supported hospitality provider. The kiosks will also ensure the safety and confidence of guests.
The self-check-in measure is also seen as sustainable operations as it optimizes the manpower and time spent during the check in and check out processes.
Both our hotels in Penang are pioneering this move towards a transformation in the hospitality arm of Sunway. Next up in line will be the Sunway Hotel Big Box, located at Sunway Iskandar, Johor Bahru.
”Since the self-check-in kiosks came into operation in August this year, guests checking in Sunway Hotel Georgetown and Sunway Hotel Seberang Jaya are receptive to the convenience brought by the kiosks,” said general manager of both properties Prakash Kumaran.
Besides the new feature, both Sunway Hotel Georgetown and Sunway Hotel Seberang Jaya are offering accommodation at low rates, starting from RM145 nett.
Guests who are fully vaccinated may also enjoy an additional 5% discount by Sunway Hotel Georgetown, under its Safe Stay Promotion.
