As part of its corporate social responsibility (CSR) programme, the St. Giles Wembley, Penang is pleased to welcome Fawwaz, an 8-year-old and his family to fulfill his wish in support of Make-A-Wish Malaysia.
Fawwaz’s heartfelt wish is to ride on a plane and visit Penang. Following medical clearance from his doctor, he was finally able to embark on this meaningful journey with his family, turning his long-awaited wish into a memorable experience.
As part of the hotel’s support, St. Giles Wembley, Penang provided a complimentary hotel stay for Fawwaz and his family throughout their visit.
To make his trip even more memorable, the hotel also presented Fawwaz with a special gift as a token of warm wishes and care. As 28 July 2026 marked Fawwaz’s 8th birthday, the hotel team also came together to surprise him with a special birthday celebration, creating a joyful moment for Fawwaz and his family during their stay.
The entire team at St. Giles Wembley, Penang led by its general manager Dato Tony Goh and Resident Manager John Kim and other heads of departments were delighted to welcome Fawwaz and his loved ones with open arms and create wonderful memories for the family during their time in Penang.
