The “Warna Rasa Ramadhan Buffet” at the Royale Chulan Penang promises a food fiesta offering a wide array of choices for diners.
The buffet is available from March 2 till March 30th, 2025 at the Boustead Hall on Level 1 of the hotel.
Chef Nadzri Mastan and his team of able assistants have come up with a combination of time tested and a combination of traditional and contemporary dishes that highlight the region’s vibrant flavours.
Without fail, the buffet will highlight the ever-popular Kambing Golek “Gelek-Gelek”, Gulai Kawah Daging Utara, Sambal Ketam Daun Bawang (Chili Crabs), Kupang Stim A la Thai, Ayam Percik Kelantan, Kambing Lada Hitam Berhalia, Udang Kari Kapitan and many more.
The buffet will also feature Royale Chulan Penang, ever popular, Sup Tulang Rawan and three other soup choices for diners.
Other highlight for this year’s Ramadan buffet is the addition of more action stalls or Sajian Pondok, which will feature food prepared to order, such as Laksa & Mee Udang Pak Ann, Satay Ayam & Kambing, Roti Canai Abang Long Firdaus, Nasi Ayam Chef Yong, Bakar-Bakar Corner and more.
The buffet spread is complimented with a wide selection of pastries and a variety of dates and pickles too, plus a grand selection of mouth-watering desserts such as Bubur Pulut Hitam, Bubur Gandum, Bubur Kacang Hijau, Sago Gula Melaka and the Goreng-Goreng stall.
They will also be serving home-made assorted traditional Malay kuih, that is made fresh daily.
Guests can also reminisce about their childhood with our Jajan Menggamit Kenangan – Kedai Runcit Pak Rohim, whereby guests will be able to indulge in their favourite childhood snacks! It is indeed a blessed yet extravagant way to ‘berbuka puasa’ with your loved ones.
The Warna Rasa Buffet Ramadan is priced at RM128++ per adult and RM88++ per senior citizen and RM68++ per child.
