Air travellers to Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok and Bali will be able to plan their trips more conveniently with airasia ride’s new pre-book feature, where anyone can book their airport rides as early as three days, and up to four hours in advance before departing to their intended destination in the other country.
For a start, this new pre-book feature is available for arrivals at key airports such as Kuala Lumpur International Airport Terminal 2 (previously known as klia2) in Malaysia, Don Mueang International Airport in Thailand and Ngurah Rai International Airport in Bali, Indonesia.
“As we continue to strengthen our proposition as a travel and lifestyle platform, everything we do is centred around providing the best possible experience for the traveller. Hence our focus on airport rides across key tourist destinations such as in Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok and Bali where airasia ride can facilitate a seamless travel journey from home to airport and hotel through one app.
“We want to continue to grow our airport rides service and ridership, and this new feature where users can pre-book their rides from anywhere in the world will now provide more value and convenience, apart from a brand new experience for travellers.” said Lim Chiew Shan, Regional CEO of airasia ride.
