Members of the Penang Security Practitioner Association (PENSEC) made a courtesy call on the state director of the Road Transport Department (RTD) here in Seberang Jaya yesterday.
They were greeted by its director Zulkifly Ismail and his team.
The purpose of the meeting was for members of PENSEC to get to know and foster rapport with the RTD team.
They were led by their chairman, Mohamad Shafiq Muraly Abdullah accompanied by his team members.
It is hoped that this bilateral meeting will foster a strategic partnership between the two parties in the future through the implementation of joint Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs and initiatives focusing on road safety and the well-being of road users in Penang.
Additionally, PENSEC members were given a briefing regarding the registration of JPJeID (Standard/Advance) for comprehensive services on the JPJ digital platform, which includes online services through the MyJPJ application and the mySIKAP portal.
After the visit, PENSEC members proceeded to the Customer Service Counter to register and update their JPJeID (Advance).
