It is operated by the Care Luxury Hotels & Resorts Group, they also have several other properties in the state in the likes of the Tunamaya Beach & Spa Resort (Tioman Island), Tunamaya Beach & Spa Resort (Desaru) and the TROVE Johor Bahru.
Hotel Granada is led by their manager, Husniza Husin who comes with more than 20 years experience in the hospitality industry. She hails from Penang.
Prior to moving to JB, Husniza was attached to several hotels in the hospitality industry in the likes of the Golden Sands Resort, Lone Pine Hotel, Flamingo By The Sea, Royal Hotel, Sunway Hotel, Parkroyal Penang,Tunamaya Beach & Spa Resort (Desaru) among others.
She had served in various departments like the sales, front office, operations and other related sections over the years.
The hotel offers some 200 rooms in various categories, to suit your every need. Among them are the deluxe, executive deluxe, club deluxe, junior suite and the Granada suite.
Other facilities are their Olla restaurant, Madam Claire Bar & Bistro, Club Lounge, gym, seminar and meeting rooms, spa & wellness facilities.
“Currently, we are enjoying good support from guests from Singapore, Cambodia, Vietnam and Thailand. They come to visit places of interest in JB and also to travel to Singapore.
“We also have a fair share of locals and corporates based in JB for their seminars and meeting needs,” said Husniza to Penang Hyperlocal.
They are also gearing up for the up-coming Christmas and New Year countdown which is set to be a busy period.
