What better way to motivate, recharge and reward your staff than to hold a great party.
It was a great night when the management of the Hompton Beach Hotel Penang hosted a grand staff night party recently.
Leading the team by example was their general manager, Steven Suffian and his team who got all dressed up to make his grand entrance.
Following his queue, staff members came out in outlandish outfits to make the gathering a memorable one.
There were those in Cleopatra, traditional Japanese costumes, marvel comic heroes and other movie characters.
In his welcoming speech, Steven said that it was the first associate party after almost four years.
To ensure that the staff members had a great night, they were also relieved of the duty of managing the event.
All on the management team took up the responsibility to arrange the night’s programme.
“We want all of you to enjoy and have a great night. You deserve it for all the hard work put in.
“Throughout the 36 years of working in the hospitality industry, this is the best party that I have ever attended,” said Steven.
Highlight of the night was the Best dressed Male and Female participants.
