The Penang Premium Business Enterprise Association (PPBEA) and Hunza Properties Berhad are joining forces to set up their food bank to help the hungry and needy.
As many Malaysians are struggling due to the movement control order restrictions, they have stepped to assist the needy communities.
Themed “Stronger Together”, this month-long food bank project will be stationed at two different locations, Gurney Paragon Mall and Penang International Commercial City Sales Gallery at Bayan Lepas.
This campaign will be held from July 28 till August 20, on every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 11am – 2pm.
Besides distributing essential items to those in need, individuals who are interested to be part of this meaningful project are welcome to drop their donated items at either Gurney Paragon Mall or Penang International Commercial City Sales Gallery.
On July 28, the President of PPBEA, Dato’ Seri Khor Teng Tong, who is also the founder of Hunza Properties Berhad and together with the senior management of Hunza Group will be distributing the essential bags to the needy communities.
