The Mercure Penang Beach in Tanjong Tokong has used an innovative way to decorate their kolam design at their lobby in an ingenious way.
They went out to collect seashells along their beach front to be used in the designs.
The staff took several days to collect the sea shells and set about to do the kolam design.
The eventual result is quite amazing as the kolam now greets their guests upon arrival.
