“To this regard, the hospitality industry has also evolved to be more “people centric”, where people management has become one of the integral factors to be able to retain staff members,” said Jordon to Penang Hyperlocal.

The new look Jazz Hotel has a new team of head of departments to deliver the right service and hospitality for their guests.

Among their facilities include an all day dining coffeehouse, Japanese restaurant, lounge, swimming pool, gym, seminar and meeting rooms.
