The towering 55-storey Marriott Residence is fast taking shape along the popular promenade on the island.
The new skyscraper located along the road also known as the “millionaires row” will also offer a panoramic view of Georgetown as well as the whole Gurney Drive area.
Set to be an exclusive property, it will bring the full-fledged Marriott Hotel Penang, Marriott Executive Apartments and the Marriott Brand Residences complete with hotel concierge services and dining options at the 5-star hotel.
It is believed that the Marriott Hotel premises will be situated from the 20th floor till the 29th floor.
They will bring premium rooms and suites, ballroom, functions rooms, restaurants, swimming pool gym and business centre to suit the modern lifestyle.
Last but not least, it will surely dwarf the impending structures coming up on the adjacent Gurney Wharf.
