The first outlet we opened in Singapore was at the PLQ Mall on December 13, 2019.

“The popularity of the dish has prompted us to venture into more outlets,” he said.

He also added that the customers are also fond of their “Truffle Ramen” and their “Kotteri Tonkotsu Ramen”. As for side-dishes, their “Chicken Karaage” and “Gyoza” are a hit with guests.

Ken also added that with all things going smoothly for them in Singapore, they are exploring to open more outlets in the Northern and Southern part of Singapore.

“The targets for these openings are around Q3/Q4  of 2023 and 2024.

“We also promote our outlets on the Apple Store and Google Play Store. Customers download our app and make payment with the app, they will enjoy a 10% cash rebate,” he added.

The Kanada-Ya secret recipe was created and refined by their founder, Mr Kazuhiro Kanada. Presently, Kanada-Ya Ramen Bar has outlets in London, Hong Kong, Spain, Penang and Taiwan.
