The Boon Siew Group came into praise for playing its role in providing affordable housing in the state.

Among the facilities for residents are swimming pools, gymnasium, community hall, badminton court, recreation park, basketball court and many others.
“This is another good example of the public/private partnership in the state. We will not compromise on the quality of affordable homes in Penang,” assured Jagdeep.
He also added that the state government is working with the federal government to fund two more People Housing Project (PPR) at RM200 million.
Meanwhile, the Rent-to-Own programme is also progressing smoothly with a target of 10 percent or 4,191 units of the 220,000 affordable homes benchmark.
“We will continue to conduct site inspections of all our AH projects which now have come to a number of 152,263 units which is about 70% of our estimated target of 220,000 units.
