Wine enthusiasts at the Gravity

Marques de Caceres Export Area Manager, German Rubiales German was in town to promote a select range of fine wine for a group of wine lovers.
The winery offers premium quality wines from Spain.
Regordon was at the G Kelawai Hotel to introduce his premium range of white and red wine to some 35 wine enthusiasts.
Among the range were Marques de Caceres Cava Brut, Marques de Caceres Livia Sauvignon Blanc, Marques de Caceres Rosado, Marques de Caceres Verdejo, Marques de Caceres Gran Reserva and finished off with the Marques de Caceres Gaudium Reserve.
The session started off with bubblies and canapés at the Gravity which is perched on the 24th floor offering a panoramic view of Georgetown.
Present was Asiaeuro Wine and Spirits Sdn Bhd’s Northern Region Director William Chong and G Hotel Gurney and G Kelawai general manager, Michael Hanratty.
A splendid range of dishes had guests enjoying their meals put out by newly appointed Chef Dodi and his team.
Guests started off the amuse bouche (appetizer) consisting of Roasted watermelon, crispy garlic, salmon roe and edible flowers.
Then, it was the outstanding cured Atlantic salmon to savour followed by wild mushroom soup with black truffle.
They were also treated to two main courses, namely the Smoked duck and foie gras and the Braised short ribs and finally the sweet ending consisting of Olive Oil Chocolate Mousse, Hazelnuts, Feuilletine, Praline and berries.
The wine session also offered guests to catch up and unwind amng friends and other wine enthusiasts.
Kudos to the Food & Beverage team of the G Kelawai Hotel led by Chef Dodi for the fine dinner spread.
