1. Happiness 8-Course Menu – RM1,988
The Prosperity Package brings a joyful indulgence of festive flavours, an 8-course feast crafted to delight. Begin with the auspicious Prosperity Salmon Yee Sang with Fish Skin, a symbol of abundance. Savour the rich flavours of Double-Boiled Morel Mushroom & Chicken Meat with Dried Scallops, Roasted Duck in Fragrant Spices and Fried King Prawns in Creamy Pumpkin Sauce. Continue with Braised Whole Abalone, Fish Bladder, Sea Moss, and Mushroom with Broccoli, and Steamed Red Lion Fish in Nyonya Curry Sauce. End the celebration on a comforting note with Chef Kang’s signature Lotus Leaf Rice with Lotus Nuts and Chicken Floss, before a refreshing finale of Sweetened Peach Raisin, Snow Fungus, and Longan, paired with a crisp Chinese Pancake.

2. Prosperity 8-Course Menu – RM2,288
Celebrate togetherness and prosperity with the Prosperity Package, an indulgent 8-course feast of festive favourites. Begin with the auspicious Prosperity Abalone Yee Sang with Fish Skin, symbolising wealth and harmony. Savour the comforting Braised Seafood Soup with Crab Meat and the flavourful Roasted Duck Combination with Stuffed Almond Chicken. Continue with Fried King Prawns in Golden Salted Egg Yolk Sauce, followed by Braised Sea Cucumber, Fish Maw & Mushrooms with Broccoli for a touch of luxury. The Steamed Pearl Garoupa Fish in Premium Soya Sauce showcases delicate freshness, while Chinese Toon Fresh Scallop Fried Rice in a Pineapple Boat adds a hearty finish. Conclude the celebration with Double-Boiled Peach Raisin, Snow Fungus & Longan, elegantly served with a Chinese Pancake.
