Looking for a two, three, four or five piece band, The Wonders Band might just suit your entertainment needs.
The dynamic and versatile local group as they perform a genre of old school, evergreen and up tempo numbers.
The band is led by Jan on vocals, Min on guitar and Wan on cajon.
They can adapt to the client’s request for smaller or bigger bands as they have other friends and associates to join the band when required.
Their repertoire of songs are in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Spanish and Mandarin numbers.
“Usually, we get offers for private and corporate events and dinners. We try to suit the entertainment for the evening judging from the response of the audience.
“Sometimes, we play the latest hit numbers and on other occasions, we cater for requests too”, said Jan who is the band leader.
The group is also contracted to several restaurants and nightspots in Georgetown.
“Since we are all part-time entertainers, we normally limit our gigs to Penang unless we take leave to perform outside the city”, added Jan.
