Following the runaway success of the Meg@Andaman by E&O, Arica Executive Homes, a low density serviced residence project saw its soft launch yesterday.
The venture is the second serviced residence on the Andaman Island.
A select group of legal practitioners, bankers, property managers and media members were privy to the sneak peek gathering.
On hand to welcome guests was E&O’s director, Property and Project Investment, Ms Emily Teh along with Ramesh Gnanasegaran, Assistant General Manager, Marketing and Sales and their team.
Located on a two-acre site, Arica will have 380 fully fitted and furnished units (freehold) with a wide range of modern facilities.
It is a 45-storey tower building complete with air-conditioning, furnishing, TV, fridge, oven, dryer among other facilities for its residents.
The creative 2 & 3 individual units measure from 947 sq ft, 1125 sq ft and 1259 sq ft respectively. Guests were able to view and experience the new look mockup condos too.
Other facilities are their swimming pool gym, F&B outlets, banks, healthcare, wellness facilities and others.
