The popular nasi lemak lobster originating from Johor Bahru is now available in Langkawi.
Launched in early January this year, the dish is picking up a lot of interest from diners at the Mercure Langkawi Pantai Cenang.
Executive chef Anuar James picked up preparing this special dish when he was working in JB down South.
He had previously worked at the Berjaya Waterfront JB, Ibis Styles JB, Tunamaya Resort Tioman in Johor.
The creative dish comes with nasi lemak, fried chicken, boiled eggs, peanuts, cucumber slices and grilled lobster along with other condiments at the Rice Garden located on Level 3.
The promotion is from January to March and is priced at RM70 per serving.
However, those celebrating their birthdays within the week get a 50% discount, hoteliers and Langkawi locals get a 10 % discount too.
