Sunway Hotel Seberang Jaya’s “Soulutions Classic Diner” offers an array of authentic local and Western dishes for the whole family and friends to enjoy.
Be it a simple burger, satay or French fries or more elaborate dishes, they have it all. Their team of chefs specialise in Malay, Chinese, and International cruise.
Among them is Chef Yuyu who comes with 20 years experience and learnt the ropes of putting out a great dish from her grandmother’s recipe.
Meanwhile Chef Azurin specialises in kampung flavours along with classic Western favourites. He also leads the banquet team and caters for outdoor functions.
There is also Chef Seong who specialises in Chinese and Thai cuisine prepared in tasty sauces and marinate.
Among their favourites are Rendang Ayam Kelantan, Beef Masala, Fish cooked Thai style, Stir fried chicken with tangy sauce, pizza and more.
Dishes closer to home, their mee goreng mamak octopus, soup kambing, roti canai are also on the menu. For desserts check out their waffles, ice cream, bubu cha cha, chendol and other goodies.
Recently, lucky media members had a chance to taste and enjoy the hospitality of the Soulutions Classic Diner team and walked away thoroughly full and satisfied.
The people putting things together are from PTN Hospitality Solutions Sdn Bhd led by their general manager Jude Nagalingam.
He comes with 30 years of experience in the hospitality and sound and lights industry. Hailing from Ipoh and making Penang his home, Jude has business interests in Langkawi, Ipoh and of course Penang.
Diners can also check out the StarDust lounge located adjacent to the diner. They offer a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks along with fresh juices.
For the upcoming Merdeka and Malaysia Day promotions (Aug 24 to Sept 16), they offer set lunches and dinner packages for the whole family and friends to enjoy.
There is even a pool table and electronic darts boards to gather with family and friends. Come October, they will be offering a 5-piece all-female Filipino band at the lounge. ith happy hours and good company, surely it will make a great place to unwind and relax.
Presently, they are running their business lunch set promotion at RM25 per person and the executive set lunch at RM18 per person.
