To enhance youth employability and equipping bright young minds amid the impact of COVID-19, Carlsberg Malaysia launches its Carlsberg Apprenticeship Programme offering competitive salary and exciting perks for fresh graduates.
As applications open April 1, 2021, the programme offers job opportunities to fresh graduates with this 6-month programme in Carlsberg Malaysia. Successful applications will be placed in either Marketing, Finance, Corporate Affairs or Supply Chain functions offering limitless learning opportunities toward a common goal of Brewing For A Better Today & Tomorrow.
The programme by the brewer also aims to address the rising unemployment rate amidst COVID-19 among youths by equipping them with skills to strengthen their capabilities and through on-the-job learning.

“Our internship and management trainee programmes have successfully developed more than 130 leaders of tomorrow over the last 5 years. As cited by the Department of Statistics in Malaysia on the alarming unemployment rate with 2020 recording the highest rate since 1993, we launched this Carlsberg Apprenticeship Programme in our efforts toward creating and building the next generation of talents for the country”, said Pauline Lim, HR Director of Carlsberg Malaysia.
