This time around, Aariana Hospitality International will once again offer the highly popular Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) of the American Hotel and Lodging Educational Institute (AHLEI) for the benefit of hoteliers in Kuala Lumpur.
The next session will be held in Kuala Lumpur from April 22 to 25, 2024.
The recent courses held in Penang and Langkawi have been a resounding success with overwhelming response from hoteliers.
Meanwhile, the Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA®) is the most prestigious certification available to a hotel general manager or hospitality executive.
Those who earn the CHA® become part of an elite group of hospitality professionals who, by combining education and experience with dedication to the industry, have achieved a high level of expertise.
The CHA® designation may be used on letterhead, business cards, and other writings.
Since Aariana started offering this prestigious certification they have had a pass rate of 92%.
