Specialist Neurosurgeons at Penang General Hospital

The Penang Neurosurgery Society will organize another “Brain Awareness Month 2023” roadshow on mainland Penang to benefit the community there.
This time around, it will be held at the Vervea@Aspen Vision City tomorrow on Saturday August 26, 2023.
Guest-of-honour will be State Exco for Youth, Sports and Health, YB Daniel Gooi.
Among the highlights are free health screening, petting zoo, kids booth, lucky draw, free doodie bags among others.
Organising chairman and Head Neurological Department at Hospital Pulau Pinang Dr Senthil Kumar and his team will be on hand to share some insights on signs and symptoms of various diseases related to the brain and spine.
Among the topics are “How our Brain Works”, “I have a headache, When should I be worried”, “Keeping your brain Young”, “I have a backache”, “What can I do” among others.
Other speakers are Dr Lee Chun Lin (Neurosurgeon), Dr Hor Chee Peng, Dr V. Jayaseelan, Dr Julian Tan, Dr Keng Jun Ni, Dr Sam Jo Ee, and Dr Zetty.
The gathering will start from 8am till 2pm.
