Fresh Fish, Fast Service – Unlike many fast food chains that use pre-processed seafood, BIP takes pride in serving only fresh fish in all its dishes. With a dedicated team of 16 well-trained staff, the restaurant is designed for fast, efficient service without compromising on quality. The outlet features self-service ordering kiosks, allowing patrons to easily place their orders with minimal wait time. Both dine-in and takeaway options are available to suit your preference.
“We only use fresh fish, not processed fish in all of our dishes. Our team ensures smooth service and high operational standards,” said Chef Azmi Affandi, F&B consultant for the brand, in an interview with Penang Hyperlocal.
The official launch ceremony was held yesterday, officiated by YB Teh Lai Heng, State Assemblyman for Komtar, marking an exciting milestone for Penang’s growing F&B industry.
Something for Every Taste – At BIP, the star of the show is undeniably the Fish & Chips, with varieties including Dory, Nile Perch, Salmon, and even the indulgent Black Cod — all served with a selection of house-made sauces to match every palate.
But the menu doesn’t stop there. True to its Malaysian roots, BIP also offers local delights like Cucur Udang – a savory, crispy prawn fritter snack and their Fried Durian Spring Roll – a must-try treat for durian enthusiasts, taking the king of fruits to the next level
“The response has been very encouraging,” said Outlet Manager Mohd Fahme. “We are seeing strong support from both locals and international tourists — even kids are loving our desserts!”
