The Ascott Gurney Penang is offering its “Kesuma Jiwa Ramadhan” buffet dinner promotion this time around.
The promo is from March 7 to 28, 2025 from 6.30pm to 10.30pm at its Timur coffeehouse.
They are highlighting as many as 100 dishes for guests to choose from and enjoy at the buffet.
Among them are the rich flavors of traditional Ramadan dishes. The buffet also features an extraordinary variety of delicacies, including an enticing blend of Malay, Arabic and local favorites, meticulously prepared by Chef Chong and his team.
A media preview recently saw their general manager Chan Kuok-Pin and his team welcoming guests from government and corporate organisations.
An enchanting dance performance by the SCPA Dance Group showcased several traditional Malay dances.
They also invited children Wisma Anak Yatim Lelaki & Perempuan, Ayer Itam, Pulau Pinang for a sumptuous meal.
This initiative is part of Ascott CARES, the company’s corporate social responsibility program dedicated to spreading kindness and supporting local communities.
Among the highlights on the buffet is Kambing Golek Penarek Becha, Nasi Arab Sulaimen Akhlaken, Murtabak Chombee, Roti John Labu, Bihun Sup Utara, Ayam Tandoori, Kari Ikan Bawal, Paru Berlado, Ekor Lembu Masak Asam Pedas, Telur Sotong Masak Kunyit, Udang Goreng Dengan Telur Masin, Daging Bakar Australia Dengan Sos Lada Hitam and many more.
A long list of desserts will also accompany your meal in the likes of Bubur Pulut Hitam, Kuih Muih Tradisional, Buah Kurma, Aneka Agar Agar, Aneka Puding, Panna Cotta Mangga, Chocolate Mousse, Aneka Kek, Puding Roti Dengan Sos Kastard, Aneka Buah-Buahan, Ais Kacang and AisKrim Malaysia.
