Premium wine growers Andy and Misha Wilkinson from New Zealand were back in Langkawi for a series of wine tasting events over the weekend.
She also took the opportunity to look up old friends during the visit.
Andy and Misha have been regular visitors to Langkawi over the last few years and have come to make new friends over her visits.
A dinner was organised by S.H Maju Sdn Bhd in her honour at the Orkid Ria Seafood Restaurant in Pantai Tengah where some 20 friends and acquaintances gathered.
The occasion also served to catch on the latest developments in the industry.
Last night they also did a wine tasting event at the Four Seasons Resort Langkawi to launch a collaboration of Four Seasons Resort and Misha’s Vineyard as well.
Several hotel general managers and supporters gathered at the fine evening.
Misha’s Vineyards started in 2001 is located on one of the most spectacular sites in New Zealand
The are situated on the edge of Lake Dunstan on a 57-hectare estate in the Bendigo Sub-region of Central Otago.
